Welcome to InTuition languages, the home of the English Language. We specialise in intensive, one-to-one courses in your teachers home. Homestay tuition is the most effective way to learn a language. We are recognised by the British Council, affiliated to International House and shortlisted as on of the Top 4 English languages schools in 2006. InTuition Languages was the first home tuition organisation in the UK to be accredited by the British Council. Our host teachers are chosen for the quality of their tuition and standard of accommodation as well as their hospitality. On an InTuition course you can stay with a Host tutor living in a city, in a town, bythe sea or in the countryside. We have tutors living in a city like London or Edinburgh or Dublin or in a smaller old market town like Cheltenham or Winchester or by the sea at Brighton or Bournemouth. Other locations, where InTuition is able to place students: Bath, Caernarfon, Bicester, Oxfordshire, Cheshire, Morningside (United Kingdom); Tipperary (Ireland); (Australia); Los Angeles (United States)

InTuition intensive English courses start on any Sunday and finish on Saturday the whole year round, even at Christmas. Choose from one, two, three weeks or longer courses. There is a discount of 5% on the 3rd consecutive week. You can choose to have 15, 20, 25 or 30 1:1 lessons per week with your teacher (each lesson lasts 50 minutes). In addition, you would normally be given between one and two hours' work to prepare for the next day's lessons. Excursions can also be taken with the teacher where relevant to the course. On the first day, you will be given a level assessment and listening comprehension and your oral fluency will be assessed. The teacher will then design a Personal Study Plan with you to fulfil your objectives by making the most effective use of your lesson time. Out of lessons, you will have home work as well as the opportunity to practise what you have learnt.

Students play a full part in the life of the family. If you are not directly participating in family life socially or culturally, you are at all times given the opportunity for activities. The idea is never to let you feel isolated or bored.
