A fully qualified and experienced teaching team deliver the ILS Nottingham year round learning programmes for students requiring English language for personal or professional purposes. In addition, ILS Nottingham run year round IELTS, Cambridge and other examination courses. Our Business, Executive and Teacher development programmes are delivered at our modern fully equipped training centre by a professional and experienced teaching team. The training centre has a computer suite with free internet and e-mail access, self-study area and up to date resources. ILS Nottingham also specialise in tailor-made courses for clients in professions such as management, banking, medicine and engineering. The Summer courses offer high quality motivating classes covering the four skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking in a series of morning lessons, together with cultural and leisure programmes that includes three afternoons of local visits and sporting activities, one half day excursion and one full day excursion every Saturday. During July and August ILS Nottingham run special Young Learner classes (8 – 13 year olds), to provide a lively and varied programme of communicative language teaching and activities to stimulate English Language Learning. ILS Nottingham offer a wide range of courses to suit a variety of clients including General English, Business English, Medical English, Teacher Development, IELTS exam preparation and our Summer Study Vacation Courses. Courses range from 15 to 25 hours a week.

ILS Nottingham arrange accommodation in excellent Homestay, or in Halls of Residence in and around Nottingham, which attract students from all over the world. The Homestay option gives students a real opportunity to experience British Culture and have good contact with the local community. Each of our host families has been carefully selected to ensure that your stay will be a happy and rewarding experience and have a wealth of experience in accommodating students of many nationalities. Most of our homes are situated within easy reach of central Nottingham and have many local amenities nearby such as traditional pubs, shops, cinemas and sports facilities. Homestay Services will provide long term Homestay accommodation and our staff maintain close contact with the student and family. Staff will always be available to help ease the initial entry into a new life and help if necessary where a problem arises. Whether you are planning to study for a couple of weeks or longer we have accommodation to suit your needs within a friendly English home. Our Residential option is available during the summer school season, you have a choice of either The University of Nottingham or Nottingham Trent University student halls of residence.
