Queenstown Resort College (QRC) is located in Queenstown, a beautiful resort town surrounded by mountains and lakes. Our English language classes are small (on average, there are 4-5 students per class) and our teachers are friendly, professional and qualified. The school is modern and purpose-built. The long,long days of summer in Queenstown's warm dry climate means more time for play and fun. Activities such as bungy-jumping, rafting, jetboating, trekking, paraponting, sky-diving. With dramatic late night sunsets over Lake Wakatipu, tourists are out in summer from 5am - 10pm. In autumn vivid reds and gentle golds burnish the dramtatic landscape in an open invitation to take to the hills and enjoy the great outdoors or the harvest time at the vineyards. Winter transforms this South Pacific alpine playground. Snow seekers play in limitless snowfields while others relax in the enviable lifestyle of adventure, shopping and cafes/bars. QRC offers tuition for students at all levels. Classes are small and have lots of teacher/student interaction. English for Tourism: In the morning, you will have interactive, group-based learning to build confidence and fluency in English. In the afternoon, you will focus on English for work or study in tourism and hospitality. English for International Business: This English language course develops the professional and persuasive communication skills required for international business dealings.

The school is happy to arrange the students accommodation with a carefully selected homestay family where the friendliness of local people can be experienced. A private room, breakfast and dinner during the week and all meals at the weekend are provided. Queenstown also offers a wide range of hotels, motels, backpackers, apartments and camping facilities which we can help with.
