ACL is housed in a 5-storey heritage building providing an attractive and comfortable learning environment. The air-conditioned classrooms are spacious and well equipped and Study Centre facilities include three Computer Rooms (with free internet and email access) and a Library containing an extensive range of multi-media educational resources for reference use or loan. There are also two comfortable student recreation areas (with kitchen facilities) where students can relax, read magazines, eat lunch, play table tennis, have a coffee and talk with friends.

Sydney, the home of the 2000 Olympics, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, with a magnificent harbour, spectacular surfing beaches and a lively multicultural population. ACL is located at The Rocks in the historic centre of downtown Sydney, just minutes\' walk to the Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay. The Rocks contains a number of the best tourist sights in Sydney as well as a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. ACL is within easy reach of train, bus and ferry services to all Sydney suburbs.

We offer a wide range of courses to suit every need, whether you want to improve your English for work, study or travel. Our Admissions staff and Academic Co-ordinators can help you to work out your individual study plan. On arrival you will be tested and interviewed so that you can be placed in the best class to meet your needs. Furthermore many of Australia\'s top universities accept completion of ACL\'s Diploma in English for Academic Purposes as proof of English language ability. (no additional TOEFL necessary)

Through our partners, Global Experience, we offer a range of accommodation options to suit all needs including homestay with local families, student residences, guesthouses, hostels, serviced apartments and hotels of all categories. We can also arrange for you to be met at the airport on arrival and taken to your accommodation if you request our Airport Transfer service.
