ACCESS is a mid-sized, friendly school located in the heart of downtown Toronto (Yonge & Bloor area). We offer a wide variety of high-quality English language courses at reasonable prices. All classes are small (maximum 8 students), guaranteeing each student personal attention from the teacher. We have a very strict English-only rule at all times, both in the school, and on all school trips and activities. ACCESS offers seven levels, from low-beginner to advanced. Choose from the following courses: Full-Time English, Full-Time PLUS, Intensive English, Study-Tour, Work Internship, Business English, TOEFL, TOEIC, Conversation & Pronunciation Skills, and TESL (Teaching English As A Second Language). ACCESS offers some very unique language learning programs. All ACCESS students have the opportunity to make a Canadian friend, practice speaking English, and learn more about Canadian culture by participating in our optional Canadian Buddy add-on program. ACCESS is located in the heart of busy downtown Toronto. The school is less than 1-minute walk from Toronto's most central subway station (Yonge & Bloor). ACCESS is surrounded by shops, office buildings, movie theatres, and international restaurants. The University of Toronto, and the Toronto Reference Library are both less than a 5-minute walk from the school.

In all of our Full-Time English Programs, you will learn all the necessary skills to effectively communicate in English. Classes focus on the following language areas: speaking, listening, reading, grammar, writing, vocabulary building, idioms, and slang. Our Full-Time PLUS program includes five additional hours per week of pronunciation and conversation skills, while our Full-Time Study-Tour program gives you two afternoon visits each week to Toronto-area tourist sites with your teacher and classmates. All Intensive Programs build on the classes offered in the Full-Time program. Intensive students study general English in the mornings and choose from one of the following focus courses in the afternoons: Business English, Conversation Skills, TOEFL, or TOEIC. The ACCESS Work Internship Program gives you an opportunity to build on the English you learn in the classroom by getting real-life communication practice in a professional work environment. Our TESL Program is perfect for advanced students who want to learn how to teach English. The course includes observation of ACCESS teachers as well as practice teaching to ESL students. It's a great opportunity for students who are interested in teaching or tutoring in English back home!

One of the greatest experiences you can have as an ACCESS student is to live with a Canadiann family. Living with Canadians will allow you to experience real Canadian culture and improve your English at the same time! Choose from many options including: -3, 2, or 1 meal a day -single or double rooms -private bathroom, tv in bedroom, internet connection -airport pickup All homestays are within easy commute to the school. Weekly checkups with our Homestay Coordinator will ensure your happiness and comfort. ACCESS has a furnished, 1-bedroom, luxury condominium available for rent on a weekly basis. The condominium is perfect for students, couples, or business executives looking for a special place to stay. Student dormitories are located downtown, within 20 minutes commute to the school. An important part of your experience in Canada is making friends and having fun. As an ACCESS student, you can take part in a variety of entertaining free and low-cost after-school experiences that are guided by an ACCESS staff member. Every week our Activities Coordinator plans new and exciting activities for you to try. Join in, have fun, and make friends from around the world!
