Pacific International English College (Established in 1997) is located in the center of beautiful downtown Victoria open year round and a second summer youth campus. PPIEC is Canadian owned and operated and has adult intensive ESL, summer youth ESL, High School Prep, the GAC University Foundation Certificate, TOEIC, Business English and TESL Canada recognized Diploma Program. PPIEC has Homestay Programs. PPIEC is now an official ETS TOEFL TEST CENTER. 10 Year Anniversary Celebration.
PPIEC was established in 1997 and is a private Canadian owned and operated ESL and TESL College in Victoria, BC, Canada. PPIEC was founded by Thaddeus K. Monckton B.Ed.,M.A.Ed.Admin, CEO, and educator since 1983. PPIEC Mexico City has been open since 2001. PPIEC has a modern Downtown Victoria Campus complete with student lounge and kitchen and full computer lab. Eleven classrooms and spacious facilities make PPIEC Victoria one of the best colleges in Victoria and in Canada.

We offer five course levels and classes run monday to friday from 9am to 4pm for a total of 30 hours per week. We also offer elective courses after school from 3pm to 5pm monday to friday for another 10 hours per week and on saturdays we offer a FREE conversation Club for three hours per week. We focus on total language aquisition and cover all areas of language study.

We offer Homestay with a Canadian Family as well as find apartments for our students. We also have a student residence where students can live with other students.

Activities

Regular activities:  We offer weekly tourist and sporting activities monday to friday and also on the weekends. All activities are toured buy our teachers.
Possible activities:  We offer a variety of tours and trips around Canada upon request as well as sports tours and snowboarding and ski trips.
Most of the activities occur after school and on the weekends and involve tourism type activities and sporting activities.
