Bay Language Institute

The Bay Language Institute offers flexible business and general English training packages, including language-based soft skills, to local and international clients. These can be combined with various holiday activities, from language safaris to professional golf coaching.

The school is located in the heart of the city, 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There are shops, banks, cafes and internet cafes in the vicinity, and we are about 10 minutes by car from the nearest beaches. Our building is an old home located on the tree-lined Bird Street, and we have all the necessary facilities.

Course levels: All levels Teaching approach: Immersion, experience, conversation and confidence, with grammar as a tool and on a remedial basis. Time schedules: For combinations, packages and safaris timing is flexible. Preparation for examinations: Cambridge: 23 March (exams 13 to 18 June) 14 September (9 - 12 December 09). IELTS & Toefl: 12 January, 6 July (24 weeks). Academic: 12 January, 6 July. English for Aviation: 2 March - 27 March. 4 May - 29 May. 6 July - 31 July. 5 October - 30 October. General English: the first Monday of each month.

The school offers homestay with selected English-speaking families nearby. This includes laundry and one or two meals per day. We can also provide accommodation in apartments, either with asingle room or sharing). For short-term visits, we also offer B&B accommodation in Summerstrand.
