Inlingua international was founded in 1968 in Berne, Switzerland. Today, inlingua International is one of the largest associations of privately-owned language schools in the world, a global network comprising around 300 schools in more than 30 countries, and on all on five continents. All inlingua centres are united, not only in name, but also through their unified teaching standards (high quality provision in both teaching materials and method). All languages are taught using the unique inlingua method, using especially designed and uniform teaching materials, but at the same time, taking an individual approach to clientele. Wales has the highest concentration of Blue Flag beaches in Europe and the coastal walks and some of the mountain scenery is breathtaking. The Brecon beacon mountains, often snow covered in winter, the stunningly beautiful Gower peninsula are both within a short drive or train journey from Cardiff, while more spectacular areas such as Snowdonia, the Pembroke Coastal Park, and many other truly unspoilt areas are within a day's drive.
